Can we return Magicbit units ordered and refund claims?
Yes! You can return Magicbit items and claim refunds if you have a genuine reason which can be

Which Magicbit Items are Returnable?
In an event where a Magicbit product purchased have faults, damages and/or not working at the time
the products are delivered/ received by the customer, he/she can claim a replacement/refund
depending on the product category. In a situation where the product that is received by the customer
does not match the image or the description published, the customer should contact us within the
return window of 1 week and should inform us the same. You also need to make sure that the packaging
is in the original condition and is unused. The products that are considered to be “No Longer Needed” or
“Change of mind” will not be considered as a genuine reason to claim a refund/replacement. When
returning, it is a vital fact that the products are in original packaging with accessories (if any) and make
sure that the packaging is not damaged by the time of returning. In case if the products are repaired,
modified or damaged, it will restrict the customer from claiming a refund/replacement.

When will I get my Refunds after claiming?

I did not receive my refund on time. What should I do?

you that they have done the payments, then kindly contact your bank.
I do not want the Product I ordered anymore. What should I do?
Unfortunately we do not take back delivered products unless there is a genuine reason (as mentioned
previously) to return it. ‘Change of Mind’ is not considered as a genuine reason.
What is the Return Window for my product?
You need to inform us about the Damage on arrival of the item. Any Fault and/or a Defect should be
informed within 1 week (7 days) of arrival of the item.
