Make sure magicbit is plugged to the computer. Check whether power LEDs on magicbit lights up.
Connect magicbit to another USB port. Also check the USB cable comes with the kit.
Still serial port doesn't show up, try installing USB drivers
Click here to download it, open the downloaded file & press Install.
If serial port shows up correctly and still not connecting, press reset button immediately when you see dots(.....) Appear on the botom of the uploader window.
